Social 9: Youth Justice Questions for Inquiry – Mr. Kyle McIntosh, B.A., B.Ed.

We are researching three questions–using different levels of our Bloom’s Orange–around youth justice in Canada.

They are:

COMPARE the YCJA to the YOA (4)
EXPLAIN the impact of the YCJA since it was introduced. Positive? Negative? (4)
EVALUATE the significance of Canada having such legislation in respect to youth. Use CRITERIA and APPLY it. (8)

Teacher - Humanities

In a typical year I teach a range of courses from elementary to high school. I am our school's Social Studies specialist, teaching high school social, as well as a member of the PE team.
