We’ve done some work on vaccines to figure out if it is truly an ideological issue or not.

Here is an article about a teacher and his views on ideology. (Spoiler alert: Doesn’t end well for him.) http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/ontario-teacher-vaccination-hearing-1.3994242
Boundary map for Alberta municipalities: http://www.municipalaffairs.alberta.ca/mc_boundary_maps
Reminder of your assignment:
Crunch the numbers and tell me the bottom five (of 132) vaccinated communities based on average (you may choose weighted or pure). Make interpretations about why these municipalities have these rates. Is vaccination part of an ideology? Does it inform an ideology? (There are no right or wrong answers here, strictly speaking, though you may point to the Washington Post data we looked at.)
