As part of Sports Performance students are taking a concussion course from the ASAA. This course is mandatory in order to be on the bench as a coach, trainer, or other non-player for Sr High sport in Alberta and will likely be rolled out beyond the ASAA. This is a certification, as well, meaning it can be added to a portfolio and used to advance career prospects (a goal of all CTS courses).
