Sports Performance: Relaxation

Gr 10/11:

Lead a basic relaxation strategy to manage activation state and energy levels, such as breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, grounding techniques and centering strategies. It should be about 10 minutes long and be adaptable for those not comfortable completing certain aspects.

In a typical year I teach a range of courses from elementary to high school. I am our school's Social Studies specialist, teaching high school social, as well as a member of the PE team.
