You will be researching group fitness activities via Youtube or similar services.
Find no fewer than 5 videos of different group fitness instruction. Link them in a google doc: Underneath each link, tell me three things you think are strengths of the instructor/program and three things you think are weaknesses.
Some ideas: instructor talks too fast, there are modifications shown, progression of activities makes sense, activities don’t do what they claim.
Analyze, second-by-second/minute-by-minute, one class that is no less than 12 minutes in length, explaining its use of the principles of OVERLOAD, SPECIFICITY, PROGRESSION, as it uses the FITT model.
