Sports Performance: Wall Sit Challenge

We will be engaging in the 30 Day Wall Sit Challenge.

Wall sits have a number of benefits–from focus and concentration to strengthening core, calves, and thighs–that we will discuss as part of our Foundations of Training, Sports Psych, Coaching, etc modules at both Jr and Sr High. You will also be asked to keep a (brief) journal on this challenge.

In a typical year I teach a range of courses from elementary to high school. I am our school's Social Studies specialist, teaching high school social, as well as a member of the PE team.
