Sports Performance: My Body Weight Circuit

Some of you have been asking if you can get a copy of my Body Weight Circuit.

Our unit has been built in such a way to limit the use of weights. They’re expensive and, frankly, dangerous. My body weight circuit is meant to be a total workout and we’ll continue to use it regularly. If you want the exact details, you can find it below:

Rotation 1

  • 20 body weight squats
  • 20 walking lunges
  • 15 second plank
  • 30 Jumping Jacks

30 second break

Rotation 2

  • 20 body weight squats
  • 10 push ups
  • 20 walking lunges
  • 30 Jumping Jacks

  • 20 body weight squats
  • 10 push ups
  • 30 second plank
